Philadelphia Java Company is the best choice for coffee down on South Street. Really excellent espresso Good place to sit back and read or get some work done - much quieter then other coffee shops in Philly.

This is a great neighborhood hang out for weekend coffee. It is spacious, with lots of tables. Free internet access. the coffee and food is delicious. More than typical coffee house fare. There is also a nice magazine selection.

All year round I found the most satisfying drinks to appease the seasons climate n this place. It is quite cozy in the winter with their well made chai latte and cooling great lemonade to take the heat away. Great spacious atmosphere.
